mamai, I read about IPIR I know what it stands for but do not know what happens, if I know what it is then I can see if that was related to it.
Could you explain what exactly happens when IPIR occurs?
Hope you feel better.
Alma
Oh I'm so scared if it comes back. With a little nausea I am thinking it is coming back, and I start deep breathing right away, I guess I am just more scared of it to come back than the feeling itself...but def knowing what it is makes me feel better. Thanks again.
But I agree with focus shift. I also find it beneficial to change my focus on different thoughts. At first I found this to be very difficult, but with concentration/meditation and breathing techniques it makes it much easier.
I also like sleep. Sleep makes everything better! :)
You might be correct. But this is wha I have found http://www.normalbreathing.com/CO2-deep-breathing-myth.php
However, if you do it properly and if it helps you continue doing what works.
