Use when weather permits. Apply to trigger points 2-3 times/week. Avoid groin area. It took awhile to figure out how much to use. At first, it was quite painful but ice helps to squelch the pain. Good cheap way to treat my chronic myofascial pain.

Very hot when water touched it and uncomfortable didn't do much for me.

Can not use as PHN in my face and it always ends up in my eyes.

This topical has been very helpful to me over the years. I found that I prefer to use a form of capsaicin that is a "Roll On" rather than a cream. Hands don't touch it. So no danger of getting it near my eyes.

It has given some relief. kinda hard to get it on my back.

The pain I am having is much worse than the arthritic pain and is making me miserable and down whichis not like me at all.

pain is so severe she is on morphine ever 12 hours and then perkisette every 4. Pain comes severely at times almost nocking her out last 5 minutes and goes away. She had hip replacement surgy in the spring and only took extra strenght tylenol for pain when she got home and even at hospital b4 she left. She is not one to take any type of pain killers but because of her age the seem to think it is just the shingles. Is this type of pain normal my own mother had the pain but it was constant.

it burned like hell so I sure did not want to scratch it any more. It did feel somewhat better after I used the cream but I am so reluctant to use it because of the burning

It at least feels good on my hip and releaves some of the pain.
