Took eight weeks to feel a difference. Side effects were hell at first. Nausea, dizzy, just unconnected feeling. Finally passed. Helped with the depression and panic attacks but anxiety is still bad.

I have a lot of nausea and vommiting and take 8 mgs of Zoloft orally. It works most of the time but the IV Zoloft works much better. I have a port in my chest but to receive the treatment at home requires a lot of home nursing care so my physician decided to go with the oral form unless I become worse.

I found Sertraline to be relatively mild whn compared to the likes of Seroxat. No ill effects for me. No longer take them now, but they 'do a job'. [More]
