I always turn to yoga when I'm stressed, but lately I've been so stressed I've lost motivation for that. I'm trying to get back into the grove with it, and trying to keep the routines varried so I don't get bored.

Yoga is the only thing that works for my insomnia, and it works regularly. Even if i do another form of excercise during the day, i can still have problems sleeping. But only 20 minutes of a flow type of yoga and I sleep through the night.

Yoga ( when done correctly for your condition) helps to loosen the tightness on both the concave and convex sides and strengthens and balances the musculature bilaterally. I have gained flexibility, strength, better balance, stamina, and grace from the practice of Iyengar Yoga.
