I'm trying this to just put more chances on my side.... but I don't have much expectation about it and this is not the key to permanent weight loss. That product works in blocking the fat from food to enter the body and increase the fat cells...but I am already paying much attention to the fat content of all foods I eat and to keep it as low as possible... so I doubt that product can do more than that.
