I am a landscape painter an I like to put in writing on the back of my paintings how the positives of nature and its beauty apply to our lives. I recently did some writings on the 4 seasons and how it pertains to the peaks and valleys and the ups and downs of our lives.

Ive always known I had some sort of mental problem. Ive been keeping journals and diaries since I was 12. It is great therapy for me to write and do art. My mind has been in other places lately so I havent done much of this recently but it keeps me calm and collected

I write and write and write and it feels like a relief to get down on paper whats really going on in my head. And writing down what Ive eaten is a great idea too. It looks so much more managable on paper.

Being that I cant talk to anyone... writing helps. If I were to mention this to my husband he would state joining this is an extreme and I am being a drama queen. He would never understand.

i write poems alot when i am upset i find that if you are upset you have to get all of that negitive energy out of you and sometime no one is there to listen ..

i love to write and when i write my story it sounds and looks horrible i just feel like a horrible mother for putting my kids through this over and over again and hurting the good guy. My kids are 9 and 5 and just want a father figure in their life and i want that too.
