I have had a problem with depression for the last 7 years. Men money and plain ol life. You think it I have been depressed about it. I started to keep a journal. Not an everyday thing but it seems to help while my tears flow. It feels like when I write down the problems I have with life the book allows me to say what I want without a rebuttal without a disagreement or even a weird look.

Writing is not only a release but I believe it's a form of connectivity to your higher power, even if that is just your heart or mind. Releasing the toxins always helps in some way. Talking to others is equally beneficial because you realize you're not alone whatsoever. There are thousands in your position.
