I have utilized a journal as a source of releasefor my feeling good or bad what ever the thought may be. This came as a suggestion from counseling and therapy. IN addition to this I myself utilize a god box where I write my problem down and put it in the box for god to take control of. I have also tried to talk to friend about my feelings but at times it is hard as I feel my old self coming back stating you do not air out your dirty laundry. I like to write or keep busy to distract the negative and replace with a positive voice.

Bloggin online did not work at all. its one of the main reasons i became depressed. but writing in a journal really works on days when im feeling especially down.

I bought a journal and I started writing to God in this journal. Even though I pray and have a good relationship with God it feels so much better to write my feelings down on paper. I have also done a lot of research about going through this process which has also helped. Sometimes reading the thoughts and concerns of others who are going through the process as well makes me feel better and also lets me know that I am not alone.
