When I'm sad or confused I take a walk. I haven't done it lately since I just moved here and I'm not familiar with the area yet. I like walking because it lets me think things through. I enjoy breathing and feeling the cool air brush against my face, I enjoy hearing the birds sing, and I enjoy watching the grass, trees, and sky.

This is helped me lose 165 pounds went from 400 to 235 through Sugar Busters and walking. I severely injured my right knee 3 years ago 2 surgeries 2 years of PT have left me with constant pain and a badly bent leg. I still try and walk but cant do the 3 miles I used to now its 15 minutes and I have to quit because of the pain. Cant get a new knee till I lose weight and get a little older..sucks.
