works really well for me. pretty much halfs the anxiety i feel on a day to day basis with a high enough dose. not a permanent solution though... very addictive also

Helpful at about 15 mg but addictive as alcohol and my doc won't give them to me anymore.

The low dose vallium helps most of the time. Sometimes I have to take more than one pill. It makes you very tired.
