It seems to really work well with me. I also have hydro and chronic kidney stones which can become very painful and the regiment that I follow has worked wonders.

This really helps my pain. My metabolism is slow so it takes at least an hour to start working but it really works well then. However, I'm finding I cannot take it at bedtime as it keeps me awake all night! Lortab does this to me as well.
