Acetaminophen is used to relieve pain and reduce fever. Unlike aspirin, it does not relieve the redness, stiffness, or swelling caused by rheumatoid arthritis. However, it may relieve the pain caused by mild forms of arthritis.

I take 2 Tylenol-3's and that usually takes most the edge off but then I feel weird and tired. I am developing immunity of sorts so I have to take so many of them for it actually to work anymore. I've been taking these for 14 years, usually at least 2-4 a day.
