Tiotropium is a long-acting anticholinergic bronchodilator used in the management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Tiotropium bromide capsules for inhalation are co-marketed by Boehringer-Ingelheim and Pfizer under the trade name Spiriva.
