The physical aspects of anxiety really took a toll on my body. Having a properly aligned spine helped reduce anxiety and, well, made me feel really good!

Too soon to tell. Its only been a month
Somewhat Helpful
I go to see my chiropractor usually about once in 4-6 weeks to keep my spine properly aligned. I can feel a little difference in my legs after the adjustment, but going more often doesn't help. So, I think it is good to maintain the spinal posture for the long run.
Not Working
I tried but its to locked up to move
