I take this in "emergencies only." It's wonderful for intense mania-- I take it to sleep at night. How anyone could take this in the day is beyong me...due to the cardiac risks, insulin resistance, etc. I try to avoid it on a regular basis. I have pulmonary stenosis and a right bundle branch block in my heart.
