I yelled & screamed, I cursed God. I tore up my hands hitting everything, it just hurt me. But it let it out.

I practice scream therapy. LOL. It may sound silly, but it feels SO GOOD. I might drive my car onto a dirt road and scream at the top of my lungs. :-) It is so relaxing.
