This has helped very much. I notice a change in mood when I slack on this. Weights have also helped. Anything to let me feel like Im releasing negative energy. It also helps a great deal with the anxiety I experience.

Whenever I get a good case of selfhating I go on a jog and just exercise it out of me. Seems to help.
