This is the only thing for me to do. I have a tendency to overdo it whenever I get up and move around. Sometimes rest and relaxation is the best medicine.

It works, but when your having all the emotions and pain that this illness brings it is hard to listen and relax. I'm at a place now where I suffer twent-for hrs. a day and just taking all my meds is difficult for me. I don't understand it but I thank God for every morning I wake up breathing!! Dee65

Removing myself..away from the situation..escaping to a diferent part of the house, write in my Journal, listen to music..and take care of myself..
Anything positive helps.Depression will knock me to my knees quicker that pain and fatigue.
