Use two pillows as high as I can. Compromises postural alignment-causes neck/upper back pain but positon changes lessen the discomfort. I have infrequent migraines now.

I ddin't raise the actual bed... I slept elevated in bed from the waist up... sometimes I would actually end up sleeping upright completely!
