Metamucil tablets really stablized my diarrhea to once or twice a month.
The best thing for it so far. (Benefibre and Metamucil caps)
makes me constipated I gave up on fiber supplements
The only thing that helps so far I take it after every meal.
Taking this when i feel any pain or discomfort coming on seems to settle my stomach a lot. The pain becomes much mroe bearable and i feel generally healthier.
yes, helps with constipation, but concerned about getting sensative to this stuff. Is ther a ood alternative?

With diet in check the numbers are great!!
IBS-D was really bad. In a few days things became healthier. I also am eating smaller meals more often and foods that are found in most low glycemic routines.
I take metamucil every day. This is my miracle drug.
I highly recommend psyllium. After a week of incorporating it in my daily diet, I am regular with little or no abdominal discomfort. Remember to drink plenty of water.
Helps some, but increases gas
I like miralax better....it's more gental
