I hae to cut it in half or I don't sleep at night but it really helps me through my day. I hate the jittery feeling but other than that it is good.

YES it is a GOD send....but I only use it as needed.....(not very often.

I must say that this med. does take the edge off the fatigue to some degree, but I still have bad days.

i notice that it seems to work in concert with the lexapro

helps me to feel somewhat alert and was given to counter the side effects of my sleep meds...i feel like Elvis

it works, i am still tired and i think that once itis wearing off, i do not act exactly right

taste like like flea powder don't no how i no what flea powder taste like other than that it worked 1/2

I am suffering with severe fatigue. The Provigil has helped me tremendously. Without Provigil, I need a nap to make it through a day. Afternoon naps aren't acceptable in corporate America so this medication is a must for me.

I take this occasionally and it helps for a while

Without it would be sleeping/napping many more hours than I do. Lots of days, don't need naps.

Keeps me awake but like Elvis, I have to use something to go to sleep after that,

Provigil, 400 mg daily, helped me get energy and stamina to go back to work each time execpt this last one.

Now on 200mg of Modafinil. Was on 400mg but I found it gave me extreme anxiety problems and quite a few severe panic attacks. (Twice I had ambulances called!) I get various side effects still which aren't too great: nausea, sometimes lack of appetite but it was worse when I first started out on it, dizziness, mood swings (major), occasional minor muscle spasms, heart palpitations, bad memory.
It is effective and I've just gotten used to the other effects anyway. No problem :)

It worked early on, then it didn't seem to help my fatigue anymore.
