I started Provigil after seeing my neurologist for Narcolepsy. I take the 400mg(the max amt) in the morning now, which will last until about lunch time.

My pain mgmt. Dr has really helped with meds and she recommended PRovigil for the extreme fatigue and brain fog. Yes it helpes keep my mind alert however it is costly and doesnt do anything for an overly tired body just the mind.
