It works and keeps ur skin soft, gives it a nice, healthy glow and helps with the red spots left over by acne. But with me, i have found that when i'm stressed, nothing really helps. Use proactiv and keep a clear calm heart/head.

Before roaccutane i used proactiv for a year, i found it was ok and did dry up my skin n made it less oily but i think my acne was to severe for proactive to treat.

I swear by proactiv. It is the only acne treatment that has worked for me. You have to use the system consistently and if you stop using it it will flare back up, but if you used properly it works wonders for me. I had redness and irritation for about three days when I first started using it, but no problems after that!
