If I start to have negative thoughts about my body I catch myselt and change it to a positive one. Even if Im in pain I do this. Somethimes it works sometimes it doesnt. But when it doesnt Im always carefully to remind myself of the positive things that I do have and am blessed with.

I try to catch myself when I get stuck in a obssesive cycle of negativity and remember the good things about my life and me.I try to keep myself out of the past and focus on the moment and think good thoughts. Like meditation it can be hard to remember to do it sometimes the depression is just so strong i get lost in it when i do it it does work.
