of course this works - but it all comes down to my will power which has been sadly lacking before - but improving now my life is happier
So far/So good... I've lost about 15 pounds just by altering how much I've eaten
once again, it's a matter of "sticking with it" - which is always the hardest thing to do.
I'm pretty sure everyone knows that you can eat what you like in small doses. The Problem I had was I ate way too little and lost the weight too fast. I gained it all back in days.
Was anorexic for almost a year, lost 80lb. in 6 months...
When I lost a lot of weight I never cut anything out of my life. I just learned to reduce portions. It's when I stopped that I gained again.
Taught myself about portion sizes.
