Eat Less Reviews

Show: for
After Atkins, I decided to just eat smaller portions of regular foods. I did that for about a year and lost 15 more pounds. So it worked but it was slow!
This is also the key. It works!
Part of what I did with eating healthier foods, had so many carb portions per day, proteins, etc. tried to stick to it as closely as possible. Really should get back to it if I want to be successful!
very good, i was just as full later...
I love eating less
Sometimes a little too much portion control.
For snack, I eat 4 cups of fruit/vegetables every day which is a lot of food that requires constant eating. I measure out my protiens, carbs, and dairy. I use a scale for meats/dairy and I have a set of drinking cup with lines, that I previously measured so i know which line is a cup and I use that for cereal.(better control than a big bowl)
LOVE FOOD.
