When I do it, it works.

rarely overindulge but eat the wrong foods
I have stopped drinking sodas, even diet sodas, I drink water all day to help control my hunger, no snacks, candy or dessert
It always great too practice portion size, its my downfall!
my appetite has shrunk an enormous amount
This works for some people but unfortunately it can be a bad thing if you eat less of the healthy foods and more of the wrong kind ofd foods.Excercise is a mustfor this plan.
DEFINITELY the way I've lost weight!! I was eating enuf for 3 people!

Just starting, it will work, my caloric intake will be greatly reduced by eliminating huge ammounts of alcohol. I have always eaten whole grains, moderate carbs, and low fat protein.
Let's face it, portion control is very helpful but can only go so far. I lost some weight but not nearly enough.
