Sometimes hard to do!
Works great, allows me to anything anywhere. I now enjoy my food more. I may not get much, but now I really taste what I put in my body.

restricting is helpful if my metabolism is used to more than what im restricting too, calorie-wise.

but like all others did not last
eating carbs half the carbs of a 2000 calorie diet and only eating 5g fat in a day. I have tons of energy to help burn the carbs off by exercising.

Did work but I think its led to my current problem with bingeing. I can no longer trust myself with any food at all
I have seen the difference in my body and even if I try to eat bigger portions I can't now
Can tell that my stomach has shrunk, so I know it's working.
in the past this has worked for me, but I tend to be unhealthy about it and take it to extremes

I use lean cusine, healthy choice & when I eat out I think about how much food i can actually fit into my stomach so that I do not get that overly stuffed fealing. I usually eat 1/2 to 1/3 of what is being served to me because the portions in our country are ridiculous!
