I joined a gym but was so uncomforable going that I quit.

I work out at least twice a week if not three times. I get my muscles nice and warmed up and then stretch them. It feels great and keeps my muscles and joints limber.
I lost 55 lbs by doing eating healthier, exercising and counting calories.

I try to do strength training 2x a week and cardio 3 or 4x. Lately I'm unmotivated so I'll do 10 minutes at least, hey it's something.
This works great. I'm just getting back into working out after a year and a half of not doing anything. I want to get back to where I was working out 4 to 5 days a week, even if it's a short workout, to keep my body challenged.
