Currently in intensive outpatient and working. Tried before and didn't work.

I participated in a DBT group for one year. It was helpful. The therapy lays a firm foundation of skills needed to successfully live in the world. Of course in one year you cannot master all the skills but it takes so much time to have these skills to become habit. That is what therapy is for. The time and energy is so very worth it.

yes it worked but I never set up anything after it was over so I eventually started again.

I have been seeing a counsellor and dietician and I am seeing them until the end of the year as follow up.

the first 3 days were the hardest coping with the shacks/sweats wee bad and you get a bit shity at times

I was in out-patient twice: Once when released from inpatient; Then a second time for 6 months. Both times it was working during the time I was going.

Good education

Felt like a high-school health class.

For the last year i've been in step down hospital program. There's lots of accountability and i know that if my weight goes down too much, I'll be placed IP again.

two week treatment program for this and suicide attemt on May 17th. This was the beginning to my Salvation.

going to out patient helped me readjust living clean.

OTP absolutely did not work for me I wasn't ready yet.
