This Med wrks Very well and at 1 mg. I have to cut the pill in half cuz the side effect of drowsiness is quite potent and will make you sleep longer than expected.

it does work but still trying to get dosage right

Seemed to help for awhile, then he developed the nasty side effects

I became very addicted to gambling it took 6 months to wean me off the drug Iwas totaly wired

This medication worked the best so far....but the excessive swelling of my feet caused me to stop. Was on this for 5 yrs. 2 mg daily.

Worked well for first couple years with predictable severe drowsiness for 1/2 hr after 1/2 hr of dose so I had to plan activities like driving around that and caused dry mouth and insomnia; after about 2 years, insomnia got worse & had OCD/punding (couldn't stop projects like beading jewelry or putting puzzles together, etc. to sleep or eat), then had hallucinations (hearing voices) which went away as soon as I stopped Mirapex and switched to "Sinemet" & low dose Seroquel which aids sleep.

Mirapex is helpful but caused stomach pain.

Has been very good because now I am finally getting sleep at night and helps with my PD as well as RLS.

Mirapex is a helper to Synamet,...so I would call it a success.

was tough getting aclimated, but it works for the most part. I take 3 mg per day, but am beginning to have tremors in both my hand, leg and torso even after taking meds. Am thinking it may be time to discuss other options in addition.
