not sure if it has helped with liver but sugar levels are now completely controlled. no side effects. no longer need meds for sugar levels. BRILLIANT stuff.

i feel better when i take the milk thistle i thought it might be mental but actually i will take it 1 month and stop after 1 week i start feeling the fatigue and depression so i think it helps a whole lot
