I am taking around 500 mg equivalent for healing the liver and to aid in reversing fatty liver and elevated enzymes. Have used other liver tonics, but this seems to be doing as well and I can control the amount easier. I'm also modifying the GF diet more to help the liver heal - low fat, low protein, no dairy, lots of veggies & rice, some potatoes, egg whites, salmon, beans.
