Well, it worked at first. I've been on it over 5 years now, and I've started having problems again.

Yes, I take this medice 1000 mg per day. And I feel good when I take it but the trick is you have to take the same time every day. And if I skip the medicine or dont take it...my sugar goes out of whack.

I am on 500 b.i.d. and I can not take 1,000 all at once it messes me up the lowest dose is working I have lost 10 pounds in ten days.
