Sometimes listening to some relaxing music really helps. Especially while I'm sleeping.

Praying through any rough patch be it serious or minor had been healing. In the midst of praying the whirlwind anxiety tornados around. But in retrospect after the dust settles I am able appreciate the journey and sometimes celebrate the survival.

I need to do more of this and I believe this is something that is helpful for anyone especially those of us who suffer from Graves disease. I few months ago I was going to acupuncture two times a week. I found a place that was very affordable for my student budget so I was able to not stress about the cost. I was able to take 2 hours a week down time without sleeping or watching TV. This helped lower my heart rate and anxiety levels decrease. I strongly recommend this option.

I did yoga with my brother it is very worth it if you continue to do it. However i dont have that much time. Its relaxing and it refreshes you. Really if you do it right you feel like a new person.

I did guided meditations with my old therapists that worked and when times are bad sometimes I am able to ease my anxiety and depression level through my own meditaions. It can be really hard to remember to try when I'm hurting bad.
