I'm a big fan of Migrelief, which has magnesium, niacin, and feverfew.
when given to me in iv form for acute migraines, it seemed to benefit me

Magnesium Oxide works better than straight up magnesium, at at the 400mg dosage, once a day. Its usually behind the counter of the pharmacy. This is also helping quite a bit!!
