Helped me get right to sleep and appeared to be non-habit forming.

Works at 6mgs a night. Dr. will only write 3mg a night even though in the hospital they gave 3mg repeated in an hour if you were not asleep. This means I sleep great for 15 nights and then my body struggles without sleep for two or three days and then sleeps 24 or so hours until it time to refill the Lunesta prescription.

My doctor only gave me a weeks prescription for these. I was getting to sleep faster and longer but it was only a temporary solution. as soon as i stopped taking them the insomnia came back. i am unfortunately not allowed anymore as apparently they are addictive.

I do take this sleepaid about once a week. I work a 12 hour nightshift and when they are back to back i have to sleep during the day so I use this. Only down fall is it leaves a funny taste in your mouth and theres no real cure for this.
