I have only been on the Lithium for two months and it seems to be helping me.

the meds seem to calm the rapid manic behaviour but leave me very sluggish. it helps with the depression but leaves me missing the manic side. being manic made me feel on top of the world. i liked feeling good even though the doctors described that as a false high. as i know all too well wat goes up must come down. i wish i could just get to the nice medium. maybe if i take my meds long enough that will happen. i just dont believe that its possible
