Dulled my anxiety, but also took any *pleasure out of daily activities. It makes you emotionally numb. BAD sexual side-effects, and 50lbs of weight gain in less than 9mos.

Haven't really noticed a difference with this & the Cipramil I used to take. It helps, but I could probably really do with a higher dose. I am keeping to the minimum due to breastfeeding etc... but I can't really cope without it altogether at the mo. Side effects, as above. It evens out the bumps in life, but just enough for me to cope. I don't realise just how much difference it really makes until I give it up, and inevitably fall to pieces completely within a month or two!!

i am only on 20gm a day and probably should up my dosage but if i eat right exercise and think happy positive thoughts i think this can really help
