I got the laser surgery in 2005 and never got it back. (So far) I think it worked well for myself.

2 1/2 years ago had the surgery. Pain had left but The side effects of the surgery was hot flashes.. due to the shot given during recovery. Other than that, all went very very well. It was good to not be in pain three weeks out of the month.

I have had laser surgery twice, and found it reduced the pain and inflammation I had been feeling. The intesity of my cramping also diminished.
