The weight came off so fast, my 1st week I lost about 7 1/2 pounds then 2-3 pounds a week after that. I got annoyed with the sales pressure so I stopped going...STUPID!

Teaches me about foods... but doesn't help with the emotional crap. I am losing weight but the binging doesn't help. No matter how low fat the food is.
