Too much money for what you can do on your own. They say it's cheap but you have to buy their snacks - they're not cheap either!

It's great if you can commit and you have the money. You have to pay a premium and still buy their products for the diet to work!

Gained everything back after 2 years

It was some what helpful and I had some success, but then I had a kidney stone and had to really watch what I ate and was not allowed to have some of their products and that kind of ticked them off I think and they kind of got mean about it.

I lost weight but it was slow. It was too expensive to keep up though.

well I was in high schoool when I did this program and it helped somewhat but it's more of a watching what you eat thing and if you wanna lose the weight you have to do a lifestyle change.

The counsel was not very motivating, seemed disappointed once time I gained 2 lbs.

I moved and didn't follow through with it

Having to go three times a week to weigh in was a drag. So was having to talk about all my food choices and being asked over and over to buy their supplements and food items. I also didn't like the overall price to be o the program. Very expensive. Low fat and low calorie just didn't give me the energy I wanted or the satisfaction about the foods I ate. I did lose weight but at a great financial cost and gained most of it back when I got tired of the whole program.

Lost five pounds in one week, but couldn't stick with it.

This diet worked well at first but then i started having side effects and needed to add food. I was nursing at the time and my milk dried up because i was not getting enough nutrients. They told me i was wrong because I was on the nursing plan and they had accounted for all the calories I needed. However, when I added another dairy and fruit to my diet I started producing milk again. I then stopped and asked for my money back and they said no so i would not suggest this to anyone.
