Work's saving my life, but otherwise its very hard for me to focus. I have a strong tendency to go home and get mindless watching television, or DVDs.
I work out in a gym (free weights and aerobics classes). That's working well. For me it's a form of mortification of the flesh that's quite acceptable.
I go to state parks and hike and that helps. I hit the woods early and walk for hours and hours. That leaves me tired, but relaxed and generally in a better mood.
