To try and get to bottom of any stressful triggers....Nope
This also helps to reduce stress and reduces symptoms.

Don't really know if the hypnosis worked because I was exhausted with lack of sleep and never remembered each session, but at least it gave my mind a short break from grieving
Can't take regular antidepressants due to allergic reactions.

I loved smoking but wanted to quit before starting a family. I had two sessions the first on a monday and another on a wednesday both one hour. I did not smoke for over 5 months, then one day I meet a smoker had one and have been battling now for 2 months. I believe Hynotherapy taught me that there are hundreds of people out there who get up in the morning, get bad news, drink, deal with stress without having a cigarette and that I could be one too. I am trying agian today to stop smoking!

Finding the source of your obesity as every behaviour has a purpose - can be very useful in letting go of the issue that triggers the unhelpful behavious - whatever that means to you.
I've helped many people let go of this problem for good - it's interesting to know that you've got as many nerve endings in your stomach - so it's not uncommon that emotional issues trigger IBS.

this worked for a period of time untill i felt alot better and stopped the treatment then after about 5 weeks the panic attacks came bk
