i do self hypnosis and it seems to help.

Works well. Not immediately, but gradually after a while. I found out about it on one of my go-to sites, http://www.bye-bye-excessive-armpit-sweat.com

I had really high expectations that were not met at first. And then after doing it everyday for about 3 weeks, I finally started getting relaxed and sweating less.

You should try hypnosis it really helps you relax.
In conjunction with the patch (on attempt # 218), hypnosis helped me a lot. When I quit the patch, I was fine (something which had never happened before), but I let my old trigger--alcohol--screw up what was looking to be the second best run I'd ever had to getting away from tobacco.

To try and get to bottom of any stressful triggers....Nope
This also helps to reduce stress and reduces symptoms.

Don't really know if the hypnosis worked because I was exhausted with lack of sleep and never remembered each session, but at least it gave my mind a short break from grieving
Can't take regular antidepressants due to allergic reactions.
