I use a heating pad a lot, especially in winter. In winter it helps with aches and pains and also with temperature problems. It also helps to relax tense and hurting muscles.

In the winter heat was helping, since i have to keep my heat down, a heating pad was not big enough so I got a heat blanket, can't remember the right name. Also have one for the couch, they work the one on the bed goes off in 9 hours, the one on the couch goes off in three, don't have to worry abt. turnig them off.
