My mates are incredible. They distract me from my symptoms. They cheer me up make me laugh.I am nothing without them.

This is something that sometimes helps but some people feel I should be over it. Others try and be supportive but sometimes I feel like they do not understand what I am going through. However I will say some of my friends and most of my family try to be supportive.

My family and boyfriend have been working hard to help me find good foods so I dont feel left out at meal time.
I am a friend of a BPD and need advice on how to deal with him.

It has really helped me to have my family understand the diagnosis and treatments. Some of them dont get it but my close family does help me a lot. I wish that they would babysit more but I am so blessed to have them. It really helped more when I quit trying to make sure it was all perfect all the time and just let it be what it is.

Having friends and family to do things with is good. Lets you know that life does go on. Just dont depend too much on them to hold you up. You dont want to drain the relationship and end up having them run from you because you are too depressing. I try to be positive and draw from there positive energy wo draining them with my sadness.
I guess Its helped it hard to say cause things seem so much in the fog still. Im unsure of my direction and further of my lifes direction

People i found had to come to me as they needed to understand what was wrong instead of the usual snap out of it comments i would get.
