This seems to help at times, then other times not. It mostly makes me sleepy.

I take this because I a constantly feeling sick to my stomach and when the pain increases I start vommitting....

I know I shouldnt be using it for this but sometimes its all that will help me. It works consistently but I try not to use it more than a few nights in a row because I begin to develop a hangover effect and feel tired all day. After a week it loses its effectiveness. I only do this because I am desperate and it works better and had fewer side effects for me than prescription drugs. Again I dont like to take it because its not meant to be used this way but I do it.

Its the same ingredient found in over the counter sleeping pills so yeah it works but is still addictive.

It didn't work either. This medication didn't do anything for me

better than nothing, gets me through a day, but tired 3 hrs before usual bed time, and not able to drive or work.
