helped, but still SOB after eating. seeing voice therapist looking into mind/body remidy
I changed from being a vegetarian my whole life, to eating loads of lean meat. Cut down on sugar. I'm feeling better than I have in years.

tHEY TOLD ME TO DRINK SODA.. :( I HATE SODA BUT IT WORKS. AND THEY ALSO SAID TO DO RED MEATS LIKE STEAK WHICH HELP.
