Healthier foods are tough, because I really have a sweet tooth, especially chocolate. I found a chocolate that is delicious and has helped me a lot

I'm trying to eat whole grains, low-fat foods and as many vegetables and fruit as I can and by making the food easy to fix and convenient I've loss a good bit of weight with the healthier foods and only seen problems when I add back too many unhealthy carbs.
